Abstrakt: This article evaluates the diagnostic performance and reproducibility of the American College of Radiology (ACR) Bone-RADS score for the radiographic evaluation of bone lesions. The study analyzed a retrospective enrollment of patients who underwent a bone biopsy, and the radiographs were evaluated using the ACR Bone-RADS scoring system by two radiologists. The interobserver agreement was good for most categories of the ACR Bone-RADS, and the score demonstrated good diagnostic performance in distinguishing between benign and potentially aggressive lesions. However, the score may underestimate the risk of low-grade cartilaginous tumors. Overall, the ACR Bone-RADS score provides a standardized framework for reporting bone lesions and can be a useful tool for radiologists in patient care and management. [Extracted from the article]
