This study aims to determine the effect of tool performance on the smoothness of receiving and delivery located in field 103-105 PT PBM Adipurusa. Supporting tools in receiving and delivery activities are Rubber Tyred Gantry (RTG), Reach Stacker (RS) and Side Loader (SL). In this study the performance of the tool was measured using a questionnaire with 4 variables, namely the Rubber Tyred Gantry variable (X1), Reach Stacker (X2), Side Loader (X3) and Smoothness of Receiving and Delivery (Y). The results of this study indicate that the performance variables Rubber Tyred Gantry, Reach Stacker and Side Loader have a positive and significant influence on the receiving and delivery variables sebesar 99,5% [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
