Abstrakt: This research aims to analyze teachers' innovative behavior, transformational leadership, and organizational climate in schools in Bukittinggi and Agam, West Sumatra region. Currently, teachers and school principals are required to change their mindset because education has entered the 4.0 era and society 5.0. The problem is that school principals and teachers do not yet have innovative behavior that is to educational needs. One solution provided by the government is a subject-teacher deliberation forum. But this forum is not running well so the best solution is needed so that it can be carried out effectively and efficiently. This research method is a qualitative case study with analysis by Miles Huberman (2014). Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The limitation of this research is that it was conducted in West Sumatra schools only. The results of this research show that (1) the innovative behavior of low-quality teachers is demonstrated by sharing knowledge and the quality of scientific work and training carried out. (2) The transformational leadership applied is not optimal because there are problems with socialization and coordination that are less than optimal. (3) The organizational climate is less supportive of teacher development. This research must be continued for a wider area. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
