Abstrakt: Training not only provides new skills and increases knowledge but also has an impact on productivity and innovation, thereby reducing socioeconomic inequality. Educated and trained communities are believed to be more resilient and able to adapt to technological changes. Understanding the role of training in the community, various institutions, including government, private, academic, industry, and non-profit organizations, participate in organizing training in the community. The training was held free of charge to increase equitable access to education. This condition also occurs in Sirnajaya Village, Bogor Regency. The number of trainings attended by the community is, on average, up to 4-5 times a month from different institutions. Ironically, with a relatively large amount of training, the increase in human resources has not increased significantly. This study identifies the role of the village government in coordinating and communicating with external institutions providing training in Sirnajaya Village. This coordination and communication is seen from the implementation of the pentahelix model. The research method uses Participatory Action Research (PAR). The research was conducted in Sirnajaya Village, Bogor Regency. The subject of the study was an action to empower adolescents who joined the Sirnajaya Village Pokdarwis through training in souvenir-making skills typical of Rawa Gede tourism. The selection of various souvenir creations is the target of research because this area is a Coffee Agrotourism Village, which is one of the potential and alternative destinations along with the dense tourist area in Puncak, Bogor. This research shows that pentahelix collaboration between various institutions can be realized with the active role of village governments. This study recommends a training model that can improve the skills of Pokdarwis youth in creating various souvenirs. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
