Abstrakt: The development of tooth is a complex process where series of interactions occurs between the ectoderm and ectomesenchyme. Alterations in development lead to a variety of anomalies in regard to number, size, form, shape, structure, etc. Talon cusp is a developmental anomaly mostly seen on the lingual surface of anterior teeth. Gemination is an anomaly caused by a single tooth germ that attempted to divide during its development. These developmental anomalies may cause clinical problems including esthetic impairment, pain, caries, and tooth crowding. The rare occurrence of talon's cusp on a geminated tooth in permanent dentition has been published in the literature. The concurrent talon's cusp on a geminated tooth is an extremely rare finding or may be a coincidental finding in the case of permanent dentition with incidental finding of impacted supernumerary teeth in both upper and lower jaw on both sides. The purpose of this paper is to report a case of a geminated tooth with talon's cusp and multiple impacted supernumerary teeth in a 13-year-old girl. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
