An 8-year-old boy initially thought to have a penile arteriovenous malformation was later diagnosed with a rare vascular sarcoma, epithelioid hemangioendothelioma (EHE). Despite challenges in diagnosis, he underwent supraselective angioembolization and partial penectomy for oncological clearance.
