Abstrakt: | A recent study conducted by researchers at Zhejiang University School of Medicine examined the association between physical activity and sleep disorders in middle-aged Americans. The study analyzed data from 8,880 middle-aged adults aged 40-65 years who participated in the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) from 2007-2018. The researchers found that physical activity was negatively associated with sleep disorders, with the prevalence of sleep disorders decreasing as physical activity levels increased.
