Abstrakt: A recent study conducted by the National Institute of Biologicals in Noida, India, explores the genetic alterations and protein expression associated with papillary thyroid cancer (PTC). PTC is the most common form of thyroid cancer, accounting for 80% of cases. The study highlights the prevalence of genetic mutations in PTC, including BRAF mutations, and discusses the potential for targeting multiple cellular pathways in the development of therapeutic strategies. The findings provide valuable insights for identifying therapeutic targets and developing chemotherapeutic drugs to prevent the occurrence and metastasis of thyroid cancer.
