Abstrakt: The article explores the impact of different concentrations of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) on the aging process of dermal fibroblasts. The study reveals that a 1% concentration of PRP can rejuvenate fibroblasts, particularly when combined with metformin and rapamycin. However, a 5% concentration of PRP accelerates the aging process of the cells. The article also discusses the potential of PRP in wound healing and emphasizes the importance of conducting more research to determine the most effective ways to use PRP in various types of wounds.
