This article discusses a study that examines the effectiveness of two primary stability measurement tools for dental implants: insertion torque value and resonance frequency analysis with the ISQ scale. The study focuses on immediate loading of dental implants in the golden quadrilateral of the maxillary bone. The results show that both measurement tools are useful for ensuring adequate primary stability and long-term survival of dental implants. The study also emphasizes the importance of anchoring implants in areas of maximum resistance, such as the golden quadrilateral, for optimal results. [Extracted from the article] |
