Abstrakt: This article discusses the case of a 30-year-old man with a slowly enlarging lesion on his chest. The patient was diagnosed with dermatofibroma protuberans (DFSP), which is a common dermal sarcoma. DFSP typically appears as an indurated plaque or nodule and is more common in women. The article also discusses the pathophysiology of DFSP, its clinical features, and treatment options. The expected immunohistochemistry reactivity for DFSP is CD34. [Extracted from the article]
