In recent world, Solar energy is one of the most effective resource of renewable energy because of various factors like pollution, shortage of fossils etc,. Hence many research and development techniques are being made in this field. By tracking the direction of the sun that is by making direction of the solar panel in the direction of the sunlight, we can obtain greater efficiency at the output. The are two methods of tracking : single-axis and dual-axis sun tracking solar panels. Even though, the efficiency of dual-axis is more when compared to single-axis, it is not implemented because of its disadvantages like high initial cost, maintenance etc,. The proposed method overcomes one of the disadvantage that is reducing the cost without use of micro-controller. This paper presents the design and implementation of dual-axis sun tracking solar panel without the use of microcontroller. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
