Abstrakt: A recent study from Dakar, Senegal, discusses the case of an elderly man who developed a secondary urothelial carcinoma of the penis after undergoing radical cysto-prostatectomy for bladder cancer. The patient presented with various symptoms, including an ulcerative-necrotic lesion on the penis, induration of corporal bodies, and lymphadenopathies. The diagnosis was confirmed through histology and immunohistochemical analysis.
