Abstrakt:	A recent study conducted by researchers at Wollo University in Ethiopia explores the relationship between internet addiction (IA) and mental health (MH) in university students. The study also investigates the mediating effects of positive psychological capital (PsyCap) in this relationship. The findings reveal that internet addiction has a negative impact on PsyCap and mental health, and PsyCap fully mediates the relationship between IA and MH. The study suggests that utilizing positive psychological resources as protective factors can help improve mental health and reduce internet addiction in university students.
