Knowledge management is the process of managing information within organizations with the aim of improving performance and increasing productivity. With the emergence of generative artificial intelligence, it has become possible to employ it to improve knowledge management and transform it into tangible value for organizations, as generative artificial intelligence can be used in knowledge management to improve the performance of organizations and increase the value of knowledge in them in various fields.
