Abstrakt: Knowledge management is the process of managing information within organizations with the aim of improving performance and increasing productivity. With the emergence of generative artificial intelligence, it has become possible to employ it to improve knowledge management and transform it into tangible value for organizations, as generative artificial intelligence can be used in knowledge management to improve the performance of organizations and increase the value of knowledge in them in various fields. In this review of the literature on the subject, the focus will be on the fields of knowledge management and generative artificial intelligence to determine the beginning of the emergence of the subject and the associated concepts, the research interests or theories that dealt with the subject, the beginning of studies on the subject and how they developed, the conferences, workshops and scientific societies that dealt with the subject, and the digital index to track terms.
