Abstrakt: For the present study, three therapeutic extracts, namely Aloe barbadensis Miller, Syzygium aromaticum and Eucalyptus globules, were selected primarily to their significant anti-inflammatory properties. These herbs were then combined to create a polyherbal Emulgel formulation. The pH, appearance, uniformity, consistency, spreadability and dermal sensitivity studies were conducted on Polyherbal Emulgel preparations. The polyherbal Emulgel was formulated with Aloe barbadensis Miller, Syzygiumaromaticum and Eucalyptus globules oil as its components. In order to evaluate the ingredient's anti-inflammatory properties, it was delivered to rats induced with carrageenan or formalin to induce paw edoema. The research findings revealed that either single-component and multi-component gels containing Aloe barbadensis Miller, Syzygiumaromaticum and Eucalyptus globules possess anti-inflammatory properties in both acute and chronic conditions. Polyherbal Emulgel had a combinatorial impact, suggesting its potential efficacy in treating localised inflammation, as opposed to individual formulations. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
