Successful Intelligence and its Relationship to The Characteristics of Entrepreneurial Gifted Among Gifted and Ordinary Female Students at The High School.

Abstrakt: The study aimed to reveal the degree of successful intelligence and its relationship to the characteristics of entrepreneurial talent among gifted and ordinary female students at the high School stage in Al-Baha government schools. The study was applied to a sample of (293) female students, including (143) gifted female students, and (150) normal female students, who were selected in a simple random manner. The tools of the study were Sternberg's Triple Successful Intelligence Scale, which is categorized according to the Saudi environment, and the Entrepreneurial Talent Characteristics Scale prepared by the researcher. The results revealed that the total degree of successful intelligence among gifted female students was high, while the total degree of successful intelligence among ordinary female students was low. The results showed that there is a positive correlation between the total score of the entrepreneurial talent test of gifted female students and their successful intelligence, and the absence of a correlation between the total score of the entrepreneurial talent test of ordinary students and their successful intelligence, and that there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of gifted and ordinary female students. In the total score of the successful intelligence scale in favor of gifted female students, and the presence of statistically significant differences between the average scores of gifted and ordinary students in the total score of the scale of entrepreneurial talent characteristics in favor of gifted female students, and in the light of these results, the study recommended a set of recommendations, including: Working on the adoption of supportive curricula by the Ministry of Education Based on the theory of successful intelligence, it supports the development of the characteristics of entrepreneurial talent Business for all learners in the general education stages.
