Abstrakt:	A research report from YanTaiShan Hospital in Yantai, China explores the interaction between ciprofol and human serum albumin (HSA) using spectroscopy-based approaches. The study found that ciprofol quenched the intrinsic fluorescence of HSA through a static quenching mechanism, with hydrogen bonds and van der Waals forces playing a major role in the HSA-ciprofol association. The presence of ciprofol also led to adaptive structural changes in HSA. The research provides important data for understanding the binding mechanisms of ciprofol with HSA and its impact on protein function during blood transportation and activity in vivo.
