Abstrakt:	Researchers from Lund University in Sweden have conducted a retrospective study on the adherence to international guidelines in the neurocritical care of cervical traumatic spinal cord injury (SCI). The study analyzed data from adult patients treated for cervical SCI between 2001 and 2021. The findings showed that while the implementation of revised guidelines in 2013 improved certain aspects of acute SCI management, many guideline targets were not met in a significant number of patients.
