The article discusses the importance of strengthening global health security dialogue and the role of health professionals in patient care, community health, and policy activities. It highlights the Global Health Security Agenda (GHSA) and its goals, as well as the importance of medical regulatory systems and universal access to quality pharmaceutical products. The text emphasizes the need for a prepared health workforce, the One Health concept, and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on mental health. It also discusses the role of multinationals and biotechnology firms in global health security and provides recommendations for the global medical community to support global health security.
