Research on high accuracy liquid injection control method.

Abstrakt: In order to improve the accuracy of formula testing in the flavor development process and ensure consistency in formula production, a method of liquid injection control was proposed. An injection valve with adjustable stroke of needle was designed to adapt to the quality requirements by normally open and sing-point dual-mode injection. The normally open mode adopts feedforward + fuzzy PID control, and for the single-point quality control mode, the single-point quality control model was established according to the influence of supply pressure and needle stroke on the single-point quality. Simulation verification and model optimization were conducted separately. The experimental results show that when the needle stroke is 0.1 mm and the supply pressure is 0.3 MPa, the single-point quality is 1.8 mg, During the formula process, the control deviation under normally open mode is within 5%, the injection control overall deviation is within 0.2%, and the repeatability is less than 0.2%, which meets the research and development requirements for laboratory formula testing.
