Abstrakt: | The article presents a case study of a 29-week gestation premature female with extremely low birth weight born to a primigravida mother. Topics include the pregnancy complications, the baby's birth conditions, development of Necrotizing Enterocolitis (NEC), surgical interventions, gastrointestinal issues, respiratory support, and eventual death due to respiratory failure and pulmonary hypertension. |
