Abstrakt: Improving nutritional intake contributes to maintaining the health and quality of life of the older population and reducing individual and societal healthcare costs. We collaborated with two community service hubs and a public health center in Taipei's Daan District to develop a personalized community-based health and nutrition program using service design. The design was validated through a model encompassing perceived usefulness, service experience, perceived value, and behavioral intention, analyzed using PLS-SEM modeling on 76 individuals. The results showed bidirectional influences among these factors. This study provides practical recommendations for formulating public health policies and health promotion programs for older adults.
