Abstrakt: The main objective of this research was to evaluate plasma parameters utilizing dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) plasmas with varying excitation voltages of 4 kV, 6 kV, and 8 kV. The optical emission spectra of an Ar/O2 plasma created at constant frequency and flow rates for different voltages ranging from 4 kV to 8 kV demonstrated that voltage fluctuations induced a considerable difference in the intensity of the Ar/O2 emission. The electron temperature (Te) and electron density (ne) were measured using the Boltzmann plot and Stark broadening, respectively. The electron temperature (Te) rises as the voltage increases from 1.47 eV to 1.62 eV. Furthermore, with rising voltages, the Debye length (λD) decreases while the electron density (ne), plasma frequency (fp), and number of particles in the Debye sphere (ND) increase.
