This document is a response to a letter to the editor regarding a systematic review on interventional minimally invasive treatments for chronic low back pain caused by lumbar facet joint syndrome. The authors of the original article address the criticisms raised in the letter and provide clarifications on certain points. They discuss the details of investigational treatments performed by other researchers and respond to concerns about the randomization process in one of the studies.
