Abstrakt: Introducing critical and evaluative thinking into the school system requires patience, systematic approach and support from all stakeholders that may be encountered with a few problems. The introduction of critical and evaluative thinking requires well a chosen and systematic approach that takes into account the needs of pupils, teachers and the school environment. Effective introduction of these skills can provide students with tools for better understanding and solving complex problems in their life and work. The conditions for quality in education are a high-quality school system with a model of standard European financial security, high-quality teachers, modern content of education, but also a favorable climate in society for education, wisdom and creativity. School systems, which tend to permanently monitor the status of their success and efficiency, have set models of permanent monitoring of the main performance indicators of the system and mechanisms of flexible response to stagnant elements.
