Abstrakt: | A recent study conducted by researchers at Charite University Hospital and School of Medicine aimed to assess the performance of trainees in managing postpartum hemorrhage using different simulation systems. The study found that there was a significant improvement in trainee performance when they underwent repeated assessment using a high-fidelity simulation system. The researchers concluded that simulation assessment can help identify mistakes and learning gaps for obstetrical trainees. Interestingly, the study also found that trainees made the same mistakes regardless of the initial simulation model used. [Extracted from the article] |
