A recent systematic review and meta-analysis conducted by researchers at Saint-Joseph University in Beirut, Lebanon aimed to determine the necessity of a white diet during or following a tooth bleaching procedure. The study analyzed 17 documents, including 5 clinical trials and 12 in vitro studies. The findings indicated that dietary restrictions are not necessary during or after tooth bleaching procedures.
