Abstrakt: A new report discusses research findings on the use of cannabidiol (CBD) for the treatment of crack use disorder. The study, conducted by researchers from the University of Brasilia, aimed to assess the feasibility, safety, and efficacy of CBD compared to standard pharmacological treatment. The study found that CBD was well-tolerated and resulted in fewer adverse events compared to the control group. In addition, the CBD group showed better results in reducing crack use and improving clinical and psychiatric complaints.
