A recent study conducted by researchers at Istituti Clinici Scientifici Maugeri IRCCS in Italy focused on the rehabilitation of upper limb function in post-stroke patients. The study compared the effectiveness of a sensor-based upper limb treatment called Gloreha Aria with conventional physiotherapist-led training. Twenty-one patients were randomly assigned to either the treatment group or the control group and underwent 30 sessions of dedicated upper limb rehabilitation. The results showed improvements in upper limb motor function in both groups, suggesting that the use of Gloreha Aria is feasible in improving arm function abilities in post-stroke patients.
