Abstrakt: The calculation of defects represents the analysis of the behavior of the energy system in short-circuits and/or phase outages, and the purpose of performing these calculations is to determine the current circulations and the values of the residual voltages in the nodes. This paper presents the behavior of the 220/110/20 kV power substation Sardanesti to certain types of short-circuits in order to verify the stability of the system in the Oltenia area and to develop a strategy on the safety and security of the National Energy System.
