Abstrakt: This research paper explores a method for addressing thermal confounds in fluorescence neuroimaging during ultrasound stimulation of the brain. The authors developed a technique that uses ultrasound delivery and widefield fluorescence to suppress thermal transients and recover neural responses. The study demonstrates the potential of this method for non-invasive stimulation of the nervous system and provides code and data for further research. The authors acknowledge support from various organizations and provide references for additional reading on ultrasound neuromodulation. [Extracted from the article]
