Abstrakt: A quarter to half of the pregnant women do not make an informed decision about prenatal screening. Informed decision making is extra challenging for people with limited health literacy skills. Understandable and inclusive decision support for pregnant women about prenatal screening is important. Collaboration with pregnant women in the development of such decision support is a prerequisite for promoting inclusivity, use, effectiveness and integration in policy. This paper describes the collaboration with pregnant women in the development of a digital decision aid for prenatal screening and our learning experiences. This paper provides other researchers and intervention developers with tools to collaborate with pregnant women with limited health literacy skills. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
