The article informs about the intersection of advance care planning (ACP) within paramedicine, investigating current practices and emerging opportunities. Topic include a narrative review of 35 articles, key themes such as interpretation of ACPs, communication, and professional obligations were identified, along with emerging practices like supporting palliation in the community and integrating paramedics into medical-legal partnerships to enhance ACP uptake across vulnerable populations. |
