Abstrakt: |
A new report presents fresh data on medullary cancer, a rare subtype of adenocarcinoma. The study conducted by researchers at MBBS compared data from their patient population with the current literature. They found that medullary carcinoma of the colon is associated with mismatch gene repair and has a favorable prognosis compared to poorly differentiated cancers. The study also revealed that the majority of patients in their cohort were female and had lymphovascular invasion.
