Abstrakt: |
A new report discusses research on occupational therapy in Singapore. The study focuses on the use of the Professional Learning through Useful Support (PLUS) Framework to guide supervisors in their supervision of students. The research found that the PLUS Framework positively influenced supervisor communication and encouraged a purposeful approach to student supervision. However, challenges arose in implementing the concept of 'safe failure' due to cultural attitudes towards success, suggesting the need for cultural adaptation.
