This article discusses a study conducted in India that examined the attitudes of psychiatric patients towards medication and its relationship to sociodemographic factors. The study included 246 patients with various psychiatric diagnoses. The results showed that there was no difference in attitudes towards medication among patients with different diagnoses. However, there were some variations in attitudes between different patient groups. The study suggests that further research is needed to better understand the role of attitudes in medication adherence and treatment outcomes. [Extracted from the article] |
