Abstrakt:	A recent study conducted by researchers at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences in Tehran, Iran, aimed to investigate the impact of virtual self-management training in communication skills on occupational stress and aggression levels among emergency technicians. The study involved 60 emergency technicians who were randomly assigned to either the intervention or control group. The findings showed that the virtual self-management training had the potential to reduce occupational stress but did not significantly decrease violence towards the emergency technicians.
