A recent study conducted by researchers at Auckland University of Technology in New Zealand explored the benefits of the Consciousness, Relaxation, Attention, Fulfillment, and Transcendence (CRAFT) program, which incorporates yoga, mindfulness, positive psychology, and emotional intelligence. The study focused on higher education student musicians who participated in the CRAFT program and found that it had the potential to improve their well-being and academic experience. The researchers suggest that further investigations are needed to fully understand the effectiveness of the CRAFT program in enhancing the well-being and academic careers of student musicians. This research has been peer-reviewed and published in the Journal of Humanistic Psychology. [Extracted from the article] |
