A recent study conducted by Islamic Azad University in Isfahan, Iran, explored the impact of life scripts on the marriage readiness of female university students. The study found that young women who were ready for marriage exhibited five predominant life scripts, including "don't be a child," "please others," "be perfect," "don't think," and "try hard." On the other hand, students lacking marriage readiness had different leading life scripts, such as "don't grow up," "don't get close," "don't be important," and "be perfect." The findings suggest that modifying these life scripts may enhance the preparedness for marriage among female students. [Extracted from the article] |
