Abstrakt: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee has created the St. Jude Survivorship Portal, a free and open-access data portal for sharing and analyzing pediatric cancer survivorship data. The portal contains comprehensive datasets on over 7,700 childhood cancer survivors, including demographic, diagnosis, treatment, outcome, and genomic data. Users can explore over 1,600 phenotypic variables and 400 million genetic variants, and perform various analyses on the stored data. The portal has already yielded important findings, such as the ototoxic effects of platinum-based chemotherapy and associations between mental health, age, and limb amputation.
