Abstrakt: A recent study conducted in Denmark investigated the impact of maternal cancer during pregnancy on the school performance and educational achievement of children. The study analyzed data from live-born children in Denmark between 1978 and 2013 and compared outcomes between those exposed to maternal cancer in utero and a reference group. The study found that there was no significant difference in the probability of receiving special educational support, grade point average, or educational levels between the exposed group and the reference group. These findings suggest that exposure to maternal cancer during fetal life does not appear to negatively affect cognitive development or educational outcomes in children. [Extracted from the article]
