Abstrakt:	A recent study conducted at Loyola University Medical Center examined the long-term outcomes of patients who underwent endoscopic endonasal repair of meningoencephaloceles (MECs) and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leaks. The study found that the specific operative protocol used by a single neurosurgeon and otolaryngologist team was safe and effective, with minimal complications and no recurrences requiring secondary operations. The most common site for MECs was the cribriform plate, and patients were evaluated and treated for elevated intracranial pressure following the repair.
