This article discusses two separate case reports related to gastrointestinal complications. The first case report focuses on a patient who experienced anastomotic leakage after total gastrectomy, resulting in pleural leakage and other complications. The second case report discusses a patient with jejunal diverticulitis, a rare condition that can cause abdominal pain and other symptoms.
