Abstrakt: A 2-month-old Somali boy presented to a pediatric dermatology clinic with a widespread rash that had worsened over time. The rash consisted of multiple papules, pustules, and nodules on his trunk, extremities, palms, soles, and scalp. The patient had been initially treated for presumed atopic dermatitis but did not show significant improvement. Further questioning revealed that multiple family members living in the same apartment also had similar rashes. The diagnosis is not provided in the summary. [Extracted from the article]
