Abstrakt: This article discusses the effectiveness and safety of Electrohydraulic Lithotripsy (EHL) guided by SpyGlass-DS in the treatment of difficult common bile duct stones. The study included 28 patients who underwent EHL for the treatment of common bile duct stones. The technical success rate was 92.5%, and the clinical success rate after the first procedure was 84.6%. The rate of major complications was 7.14%. The authors conclude that EHL appears to be an effective and safe method for treating difficult stones, but further randomized studies are needed to compare it with other endoscopic techniques.
