Abstrakt: This article, titled "Endoscopic management of synchronous biliary and duodenal malignant obstruction," presents a case study of a 42-year-old female patient with simultaneous malignant biliary and duodenal obstruction caused by pancreatic cancer. The authors describe the use of a cannula with a guidewire to traverse the duodenal stricture/mass and deploy a duodenal metal stent. Balloon dilatation of the duodenum was performed to allow for a duodenoscope to traverse it. Biliary cannulation was achieved through the duodenal stent, and a biliary fully covered metal stent was deployed, resulting in excellent biliary drainage. The article includes a video demonstrating the endoscopic procedure. [Extracted from the article]
