This article, published in the journal Endoscopy, discusses a case study involving a 61-year-old man who underwent laparoscopic Hellers myotomy with Dor Fundoplication for Achalasia. Despite the initial procedure, the patient continued to experience symptoms of dysphagia. The article describes the subsequent treatment, which involved per oral endoscopic myotomy (POEM) and endoscopic release of a tight fundoplication wrap.
