Abstrakt: This article examines the impact of two different techniques, referred to as 'two-hands' and 'four-hands', on post-colonoscopy colorectal cancer (PCCRC) deaths in Austria. The study analyzed data from the Austrian Quality Assurance Program and the Austrian death registry to evaluate the cumulative incidence of PCCRC death. The results showed that endoscopists using the four-hands technique had a higher cumulative incidence of PCCRC death compared to those using the two-hands technique. [Extracted from the article]
