Abstrakt: This article discusses the effectiveness of organ-preserving surgical endoscopy for gallbladder pathology. The study analyzed the results of endosurgical treatment in 134 patients with gallbladder issues, such as cholelithiasis and polyps. The surgical procedure involved laparoscopic access to the gallbladder, bile aspiration, and the use of a flexible endoscope for revision and manipulation. The study found that the technology of organ-preserving surgical endoscopy is an optimal way to treat gallstones and polyps of the gallbladder. The article concludes that endoscopic revision of the gallbladder cavity allows for the detection and removal of gallstones not diagnosed by ultrasonography. [Extracted from the article]
